How it works…

Our laundry is delivered clean and crisp, folded and ready to be put straight from the bag to your cupboard. And even better, collection and delivery is free! Our membership packages are a flat price for everything you can put in the bag, so stuff them full the more laundry the happier we are!

We currently service the Bowral, Mittagong and Moss Vale areas (postcodes 2575, 2576, 2577) for residential laundry membership pick up/drop off. For those outside these areas we are happy for clients to drop off/pick up from our factory unit in Bowral (parking is a breeze!) and still utilise everything else our membership packages have to offer. Or if this is not an option for you, please follow us via our social pages, as our reach expands we will keep you updated there.

1)    Schedule your pick-up - Choose your pick up date then select your membership package size. We’ve made it as simple as possible for you to get your laundry done and off your to-do-list!

2)     On pick up – You will be provided with your very own Suds Hub sacks, a number depending on your membership package size.  Your laundry will receive a Suds Hub wash/dry/fold and will be returned to you in a freshly laundered Suds Hub sack ready for reuse the following week.

3)     Your laundry day - Once your laundry has been clean and folded we return it to you, within 24 hrs. With your laundry under control, you can focus on doing the things you love instead.  Enjoy the day on us!

Not at home, no worries!  On membership application you will be asked to leave laundry pick-up notes, tell us where your laundry will be left ready for collection.

Please note – We do not accept soiled nappies, period underwear or pet blankets/coats at this time.  Please stay connected via our social pages as this may however change in future.
